Students with disabilities who would like to attend Orientation
Please contact New Student & Family Programs (NSFP) by phone at (760) 750-4930 or email at orientation@csusm.edu regarding any special accommodation needs. It is requested that individuals requiring auxiliary aids such as closed captioning, sign language interpreters, or alternative format materials notify NSFP at least seven working days in advance. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations in an effective and timely manner.
New Student Enrollment Information
At CSUSM, all students self-enroll in their classes. We have plenty of resources available
to help you enroll. Visit the new student enrollment page for the three most important steps to enroll in your Spring 2026 courses. Make note
that Spring 2026 course enrollment does not take place at orientation. Instead, you
can self-enroll with the many resources that will be made available to you! Visit
this Office of the Registrar, Enrollment Information website to learn more.
Watch your email for invitations to virtual enrollment workshops and other helpful
resources for successfully enrolling in classes, including making connections with
Academic Advisors (and Success Coaches - for First Year Students only).
Activating DUO Multi-Factor Authentication
All new CSUSM students must set up DUO Multi-Factor Authentication. Activating DUO will help CSUSM secure servers and software, learn more about protecting CSUSM by avoiding phishing scams and steps to alert the proper campus authorities.
