Cougar Question Mart is here to support all students in getting reacquainted with campus and answering your questions as you navigate this transition back to in-person events, services, and instruction at CSUSM!
For our newest Cougars joining the physical campus for the first time this fall, we are offering campus tours for you and your families! Spaces are limited to meet safety guidelines and will fill up quickly!

Q: Are walk ins accepted?
A: Not at this time. To ensure safety of our tour leaders and participants, we ask all guests to be registered for the tour.
Q: How can I cancel or make a change to my scheduled tour?
A: Call Office of Recruitment & Outreach at 760-750-4830 Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What should I wear/ bring for the tour?
A: The weather on campus in late August and early September will likely be hot, so be prepared with a hat, sunscreen, and water. But as always, be prepared for changing weather conditions! Learn more about preventing heat illness.
Q: Where should I park for the tour? Is there a parking fee?
A: A valid CSUSM parking permit is required while on campus in any of our lots or structures. The most centrally located place to park is Parking Structure 1 (PS1). You can find PS1 and other parking locations on the campus map. To purchase your parking permit and find additional information, visit the Parking & Commuter Services website.
