Nominating

GUIDELINES

This year (2026-2027), a staff member will be recognized for their contributions toward the achievement of the university's mission and demonstrated service to the campus community. The recipient of this award may be selected based on a career achievement or for extraordinary service during a single event. (The award alternates each year between a non-MPP Staff member and an MPP/Administrator.)

  • SEP 08: Call for nominations
  • OCT 06: Deadline for nominations
  • OCT 27: Dossiers due
  • NOV 19: Award Selection Committee recommendation due to the President
  • DEC 17: Campus announcement 
  • JAN 21, 2027: CSUSM Awards & Service Celebration
