Military Advisory Council

The Military Advisory Council (MAC) is a committed partner of the University.  Underlying all that we do is the belief in the value of education to the well-being of society, and a commitment to the University’s mission of student success and social mobility. 

The Military Advisory Council is charged with the following:
  • being knowledgeable of the issues of public higher education in California and nationally.
  • support CSUSM military affairs efforts.
  • provide leadership in support of CSUSM’s mission and initiatives.
  • provide expertise and advice regarding the regional military institutions, community, and educational success of enlisted and veteran CSUSM students.
