Craven Taskforce Listening Sessions

The purpose of the listening sessions is to gather public comment related to the charge of the Craven Taskforce. The sessions are being convened to allow individuals to provide information to the taskforce.

In fairness to all speakers, and to allow the community gathered and taskforce members to hear from as many speakers as possible within the time available, public comment will be limited to 1 minute per speaker (or less depending on the number of speakers wishing to comment.) Speakers are urged to make the best use of their public comment opportunity and follow the established guidelines.

Listening session attendees will have full opportunity to offer public comment as follows:

Please register in advance for a Listening Session to assist us in managing room capacity due to COVID restrictions. Everyone is welcomed to attend regardless of registration up to room capacity.
Public comment will be permitted at all six of the scheduled listening sessions.
Individuals who wish to offer public comment during the session should notify the convenors in advance at the time of registration that they would like to be added to the speakers list. Efforts will be made to accommodate all who wish to speak at the time of the event, regardless of prior notification. However, those in the speakers list will be called upon first.
If an individual wishes to provide comment outside of the Listening Sessions, written comments may be emailed to the address listed below. If you wish your written comment to be read at the appropriate Listening Session, please indicate that in your submission.
