Senate Committees

Senate Standing Committees are comprised of voting Faculty members and ex-officio/non-voting members. Additionally, the Student Affairs Committee includes student voting members. A complete description of each committee's charge (as set forth by the Constitution and Bylaws), membership roster and meeting dates/times/location is found at the corresponding link, below. Each Committee's page also provides access to committee agendas and minutes. (Note: The Promotion and Tenure Committee does not provide access to agendas and minutes, as the work of this committee is confidential.)

The Nominations, Elections, Appointments & Constitution Committee (NEAC) also makes nominations to the Senate for committee appointment formed by Senate policies. A membership roster is found at the corresponding link, below. 

These faculty seats are filled via Spring Elections or by NEAC appointment. The Academic Senate Office maintains these commitee rosters.

University Committees

NEAC also makes nominations for ad hoc subcommittees as needed. Additionally, NEAC and the Academic Senate office may also assist in seating faculty representatives for other University committees. A membership roster is found at the corresponding link, below. These faculty seats are filled via NEAC appointment and Senate approval. The Academic Senate Office facilitates seating of faculty reps but does not maintain the committee rosters.

Elections and Calls
