Academic Senate

Senate and Executive Committee Meetings

All members of the CSUSM faculty are encouraged to participate.  Only current, elected Senators may vote. 
 
Do you have a referral for the Academic Senate?
 
Because the Senate is not a governing board, meetings of the Academic Senate of CSUSM are not subject to the Brown Act.  The decision to allow press/public into a Senate meeting may be made by the Senate.
 
Meeting agendas are posted on the Monday before that Wednesday's meeting.

Senate meetings are held Wednesdays, 12:30 to 2:20 p.m., via Zoom, unless otherwise announced. Zoom information can be found on the agenda, when posted.

Executive Committee Agendas and Minutes

EC Meetings are held Wednesdays, 11:30 am - 1:20 pm*, in KELLOGG 5207 (access via Starbucks elevator) and hybrid via Zoom on Senate meeting days. Zoom information can be found on the agenda, when posted.
