IT Strategic Plan

Campus Perspective & Input Opportunities

The Strategic Planning team has been meeting with each campus division during the planning process to collect feedback in identifying strengths, deficiencies, needs, and expectations for future campus IT services. Between November 2017 and early February 2018, there have been 19 campus briefings to nearly 500 students, faculty and staff by members of the IITS Strategic Planning Team.

Collected information will be used to form the campus-wise technology strategic plan. Campus stakeholder focus group meetings are a valuable part of the process and help IITS better understand and represent the perspectives of students, faculty and staff.
