CSUSM Equity Challenge
The CSUSM 21-Day Equity Challenge is a professional development opportunity open to all members of the campus community to develop individual habits that support equity, inclusion, and belonging, while also building community through a shared learning experience. Participants will explore historical and contemporary topics that impact diverse populations and influence equity and access, with the goal of cultivating an equity-minded approach. This challenge aims to improve the campus climate and foster a community that supports respectful dialogue across differences. The 2026 Challenge will take place from October 19 through November 17 and will be preceded by a hybrid information session on October 19 from 2:00–3:00 p.m. Participants who complete the challenge will receive a certificate of completion.
