Sharing Out 

The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Institutional Planning & Analysis have engaged the campus community in several share out sessions to provide the campus with information on the results of the campus climate survey. These sessions have also highlighted ways that leaders on campus have actioned around the data collected to ensure CSUSM is a welcoming environment where students and employees feel a sense of belonging.

CSUSM students, staff, faculty, and administrators were invited to join the Office of Inclusive Excellence, Institutional Planning & Analysis, and Rankin Climate to learn more about the results from the campus climate survey conducted in Spring 2025.
