Posterboard
Size: Posterboards are 78" Height/Tall x 50" Wide. Consider usable space when printing
Printing: Students will work with their faculty mentors to print posters. Here are some possible sources:
- IITS and CSUSM Library (scroll to bottom of page)
- This printer is capable of printing posters as large as 42 inches wide and the desired height, at a cost of $0.67 per linear inch
- FedEx
- Use account 0665323862 for a CSUSM discount. A 36" x 48" poster will cost $45 (plus tax)
- Spoonflower
- Print a poster on fabric, which can be useful for transporting in a suitcase

Digital Presentation Resources
An ePoster is an electronic version of the traditional boards and allows the inclusion of movies, sounds and other multi-media formats. Your ePoster can be displayed on monitor screens, however, presenter must supply their own equipment, including monitor and hookup. All presenters using digital posters must inform OGSR prior to event, so that access to a table and electrical outlets can be made available. Posters can be designed in Powerpoint, InDesign, or in prezi. For examples and suggestions on design see the links below:
