California State University San Marcos has launched a national search for a Vice President for University Advancement (UA). The VP for UA is a senior-level management position that reports directly to the president and will serve on University Cabinet and the President’s Administrative Team.
CSUSM’s Vice President for UA Search Advisory Committee has been charged with bringing forward a diverse pool of promising candidates. Working with executive search consultant Isaacson-Miller, the committee will assess the candidates and select the semi-finalists. For each of the semi-finalists and finalists, the committee will provide feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate to inform the president’s hiring decision.
