
Each new member of a fraternity or sorority is trained during FSL 101 which covers five major areas of education: alcohol/drugs, hazing, sexual assault, diversity/inclusion, and community development. Using videos, group activities, and reflection, new members are engaged in critical thinking and dialogue about how they can keep themselves and others safe while supporting a community welcoming of all.

The FSL Retreat is for chapter presidents, GLC delegate, and GLC executive board members. The curriculum of this Retreat is based around the 6 pillars of FSL.
