Leadership Programs

Welcome to Leadership Programs at California State University San Marcos! SLIC's Leadership Programs are designed to support your leadership, interpersonal, career, and professional development through weekly workshops, retreats, 9-week leadership tracks, and service learning opportunities! 

Getting involved in Leadership Programs is a great opportunity to develop your own identity as a leader by exploring topics surrounding personal growth, teamwork, & community! All students are welcome to join! 

Our Leadership Program is grounded in 5 core values that guide all of our programs and are founded on leadership and higher education theories:
