Leadership Workshops

Looking to build stronger teams, enhance communication, or develop leadership skills within your student organization or department? The Student Leadership & Involvement Center (SLIC) offers free, on-campus leadership workshops tailored to your group’s needs—perfect for general body meetings, executive board sessions, or retreats.

Each workshop is led by a professional or student staff member from SLIC and is designed to be interactive, reflective, and practical. Workshops are best suited for groups of fewer than 40 participants to allow for in-depth conversations and reflection to take place. If your organization is large, we recommend scheduling multiple sessions for different subgroups (e.g., new members, executive officers, event planners).

How to Request:

  • Submit your request at least 10 days in advance of your preferred date(s)
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, but flexibility is appreciated!
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from SLIC within 5 business days of your request
