S.O.L.E. Effects Leadership Journey

CSUSM partners with S.O.L.E. Effects to bring you an eight-week Leadership Journey!

The S.O.L.E. Effects Leadership Journey is an eight-week leadership development program, open to any student on campus. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and build meaningful connections with peers!

S.O.L.E. Effect Leadership Journey participants will be part of a student cohort. Participants attend weekly 50-minute interactive sessions covering a variety of topics, including confidence, passion, stress relief, communication, personal wellness, and more!

• Program dates: February 12th- April 9th, 2026
• Meeting time: Thursdays, 12 pm- 12:55 pm (once a week) in the Student Leadership and Involvement Center (USU 4200)
• Application Deadline (Extended): Sunday, February 8, 2026
