Equipment Checkout & Technical Support

Temporary Fall 2020 Equipment Checkout Procedures

With the focus first and foremost on the health and safety of the students, faculty and staff, please note the temporary Fall 2020 COVID-19 related procedures for equipment available for checkout at the Arts 239A Technical Support HelpDesk.

The following two temporary changes have been implemented to safely issue, access, maintain and maximize the use of equipment:

  • The Arts 239A Technical Support HelpDesk will be open the Fall 2020 semester to checkout and return equipment:

*Open Hours: Mondays, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm*

*No Drop-Ins To Check-Out Equipment Are Allowed*

The Arts Technical Support staff appreciates your support in keeping the students, faculty and staff as safe as possible during this time.
