Submit proof of Immunization to MMR, & Hepatitis B
Due March 1
All NEW students entering CSUSM for the first time will be required to have the following: immunizations or show proof of immunity to these diseases: Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR). Students who are 18 years of age and under need to submit proof of immunization or show proof of immunity to Hepatitis B.

Check your CSUSM email daily. The majority of your campus-related communication will come via email!
