ARR Correction Form

If you have found an error on your Academic Requirements Report (ARR), please submit a correction request below. Requests will be processed within 2-3 weeks. You are encouraged to continue to check your ARR for updates in your Student Center at To expedite a response, please be specific in the correction you provide.

  • Do not submit an ARR Correction Form to request to have your transcripts evaluated.
