Per Campus Recreation employment requirements, Student Assistants are required to attend two in-service sessions per academic year. Each semester, two in-service opportunities are offered. The purpose of in-service trainings is to build new skills that support effective job performance, provide opportunities for professional development, and help achieve established learning objectives.
