Campus Recreation offers a variety of Fitness Programs and Fitness Classes, free to
the student body. Regular exercise is important for both the body and mind. Exercise
improves overall quality of life, reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep
better. It can keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life. There
are in-person and virtual Group Fitness Classes, as well as Virtual Workouts that
can be done at home or at the gym!
Working out with a group can give you the community, motivation, and support you need
to move your body. Campus Recreation offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes FREE
for all CSUSM students and for a small fee for Faculty/Staff. Get unlimited access
to 20+ group fitness classes a week including Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing,
