Campus Recreation is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and enriching the CSUSM experience through health and fitness initiatives. A holistic approach to well-being includes physical health and fitness, self care, social activities, meditation, spiritual endeavors, spending time outdoors, and overall wellness! We offer a variety of Fitness & Wellness Events to support your overall wellness, all free to the campus community.
