Telecommuting Agreement 

In light of the evolving nature of COVID-19, and out of care and concern for our faculty, staff, students and community, California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) urges social distancing to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, as recommended by the California Department of Public Health. As a practical method of achieving social distancing most CSUSM offices are currently closed and our employees will be working remotely. 

The mission of the CSUSM Corporation Human Resources Department is to provide quality customer service in the areas of compensation, benefits administration, training and employee relations. We will deliver this service in a timely and professional manner.

The Human Resources Department will ensure the adherence to all employment laws, legislative issues and regulations. We will provide guidance to CSUSM Corporation project managers, employees and the campus community.
