Wildfire Smoke
Specific smoke advisories during wildfires are issued by the San Diego Air Pollution Control District and can be found on the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District page if available. The campus has five purple air sensors to monitor the air quality index.

The campus has five purple air sensors that monitor the air quality index (AQI). Notices will go out to campus personnel if there is any type of University closure. More information can be found in the Fire Prevention Plan.
