CSUSM Housing

University Village Apartments and The QUAD are modern on-campus apartments designed exclusively for students attending California State University San Marcos.

Living on campus promotes greater connections to the university community and facilitates a positive first year experience. The on-campus living experience provides greater support in transition to U.S. culture and university life.  Living on campus can include involvement in student life and recreation, more access to academic resources, and opportunities to build life-long friendships.

Please apply early. Campus Housing fills up many months before each semester.

*NEW* Resident Meal Plans and New Dining Café

Starting in Fall 2020 all students will have access to CSUSM’s brand new, state-of-the-art dining café. This café will provide students with a safe and comfortable extension of their home to get healthy, affordable, well balanced meals. Campus dining fosters community growth, enhances the quality of campus life and contributes to the social components by providing additional space for meetings with faculty and other students.

All Residents living in one of our communities will be required to purchase a meal plan. Resident meal plans are convenient! They allow students to spend more time on academic and other personal pursuits, no cooking, cleaning, shopping or driving; they are the most convenient way for students to save time and eat a healthy, well-balanced meal; and lastly,  new dining cafe will be located on the bottom floor of the QUAD... it doesn't get much more convenient than that.
