The ASI Board of Directors is comprised of 16 elected and appointed student members who are active participants in the shared governance of CSUSM and the California State Student Association (CSSA). The Board is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students.  Programs funded by the Board which directly benefit CSUSM students include the ASI Student Emergency Fund, ASI Sustainability Projects Funding,  and ASI Leadership Fund. Advised by ASI professional staff, the Board works collaboratively to serve, engage, and empower students across the campus community.
