Each currently enrolled CSUSM student can make an appointment to visit the pantry
once a week. All
you need is your current CSUSM student ID!
Within the pantry we offer dry, canned, non-perishable food items along with limited
and toiletries. Other offerings in the space may vary.
Make your appointment!
You can visit the Summit Church (next the the QUAD) every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from
12:00–1:30 pm. This distribution is operated by the Dream Center but is very
interested in serving CSUSM students!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept donations at this time due to our limited
space and storage.
However, We are always looking for volunteers for our Monday produce distributions! This is where we
giveaway free fruits and veggies! You would be responsible for outreach and logistics!
The biggest way to help is spreading the word about this awesome resource! Remember
to tell your
friends at CSUSM about the ASI Cougar Pantry!
Learn more about Food Insecurity & Basic Needs. Read research, reports, and articles related to food insecurity, food waste, basic needs, and more!
On Campus: You can visit out weekly produce distribution every Monday in Chavez Plaza where
we hand out free
fruits and vegetables provided by Feeding San Diego. You can find us there from 10am-1pm! All you
need is your student ID and a resubable bag!
