CSUSM Extended Learning offers programs in three convenient locations: San Marcos, Temecula and Chula Vista. 

San Marcos Campus

• Parking
  Parking permits are required to park on the San Marcos campus. There is no grace period. New and continuing students can purchase semester parking permits online or at the Public Safety Building, located at the corner of La Moree and Campus View Drive, by the SPRINTER station.   Parking is free at the Margarita Road location.

  Parking permits are required at the Temecula Valley campus at MSJC, with no grace period. Both new and continuing students can purchase parking permits online. To do so, you must create a guest account. Please park along the exterior of the building, as the parking garage is reserved for Abbott employees only. View parking map.

Chula Vista Campus

• Parking

  Parking permits are required at the Chula Vista campus, with no grace period. Both new and continuing students can purchase parking permits online. To do so, you must create a guest account. Parking, enforcement, and citations are managed solely by Southwestern College. Any issues or concerns that arise should be addressed with Southwestern College directly; unfortunately, CSUSM cannot resolve any parking issues or concerns.  Additional information about parking may be found on SWC’s Parking website.
