Username, Password & Student Email

Before you can access online content related to orientation and future coursework you must retrieve your username and password as well as access your student email.  The following provides you with instructions on how to complete these activities.  Please understand if you fail to follow the instructions below you will not be able to access the online Orientation. 

STEP 1:  Retrieve your username and password

  1. When you applied to the program, you should have received an email advising you of your username (e.g. doe001) and how to change your password.
    • If you cannot locate this email, please contact the Student Help Desk at 760/750-6505.

STEP 2:  Access your email

All communications from the University will be sent to your student email account, so it is very important that you check this account regularly.  Your student email is your preferred email address.  Although you have the ability to change your preferred email address in your Student Center to an alternative email, do not change your preferred email address.  You will only be able to access your online classroom if your student email is listed as your preferred email address.
