When and how do I register and pay for a course?
Prior registration is required to attend OLLI courses. Payment for each course is required in full at time of registration. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express and checks. There are three easy ways to register for OLLI courses:
Is parking included in my course fee and do I need a parking permit?
Parking at all off-campus course locations is free and no parking permits are required. Parking on campus requires a permit, 365 days a year no exceptions. For information regarding parking at CSUSM, please refer to the Parking Services website.
What are your cancellation, drop, and refund policies?
Cancellation notification must be made in writing. Written notice should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed with a postmark date three days prior to the first day of class to receive a full refund (less a $20 processing fee and if it was paid with a credit card, the 2.75% convenience fee). No refunds will be issued once a course has started. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds may take four to six weeks for completion.
If you can no longer attend a course you’ve enrolled in and you’d like to apply your funds to a different course, email email@example.com at least three days prior to the start date. No transfers will be completed once a course has started.
