Study Abroad Fair Exhibitor Registration

Welcome Global Partners and Friends,

We'd like to invite you to the Traveling Tukwut Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at University Student Union Arcade.  We hope you join us for the fun of reaching out to our eager students with amazing international opportunities.

Registration Costs

Registration is $160, plus $15 for each additional representative (including lunch)

  • Payment Due: August 16, 2024
  • Vendors will be sent an invoice following registration outlining online payment options

Registrations received after the August 16 deadline will not be accommodated.

As a reminder, our campus sits perched on a hill overlooking the city, so we are frequently subject to wind gusts.  Consider wearing sunblock, layered clothing, and bring LOTS of paper weights for your materials! 

A digital parking permit will be sent to the vendor 24-48 hours in advance of the fair for use in a Lot of their choosing.  If entering campus from the main entrance on Twin Oaks & Craven Rd, the suggested lot would be Parking Lot B.  You could cross at the crosswalk toward Administrative Building and the library to left (with large stairwell in between) and use Kellogg Library's elevator up to the main event level (3rd floor), proceeding right towards the University Student Union.  Alternatively, if you turn left from Twin Oaks onto Barham, you could enter the campus via Campus Way and proceed to park in Parking Structure 1.  The main event level would be floor 5 and you would proceed right toward the University Student Union.  If you forget to use your digital permit, vendors may purchase permits via AmpPark app or pay stations.  See the Visitor Parking website for details: 

As a reminder, our office can only accommodate a small number of materials (10-15 copies of viewbooks).  Please make plans to take excess boxes of materials with you from the fair.  You may ship items beginning three weeks prior to the fair in clearly marked boxes labeled HOLD FOR STUDY ABROAD FAIR/Name of Provider to the following address:

Do NOT send the articles to my campus address directly or I will have to move each of your boxes myself as in years past.
