Employee Relations

Human Resources is responsible for providing counsel, advice and conflict resolution with respect to work related difficulties.  This allows the University to be a respectful, efficient and enjoyable work environment by fostering the skills, attitudes and behaviors that respond to the needs of the campus community.  Human Resources is also responsible for interpreting, applying and providing counsel and advice to a variety of campus constituents regarding the provisions non-faculty collective bargaining agreements.              

We look forward to facilitating positive workplace relationships and assisting in the creation of a productive work environment for CSUSM employees in order to encourage the transformation of the lives of our students and the communities we serve.
