Voluntary Summer 9/80 Work Schedules
Option 1: May 30, 2016 - August 5, 2016
Option 2: June 6, 2016 - August 12, 2016
Employees who would like to participate in the Summer 9/80 Work Schedule must complete a "9/80 Work Schedule Request Form" and forward to their appropriate administrator for determiniation of approval or denial. Completed original forms must be submitted to Human Resources prior to May 6, 2016 for processing.

First Time Manager® - Essential Skills Every Lead & Manager Should Master - designed for CSUSM Lead Workers and new Managers

Using Ken Blanchard's First Time Manager® program, this one-day workshop helps leads and new managers by showing them foundational skills needed to balance relationships with results, resulting in improved performance, not only for them, but for their entire team.
Outlook 2010: Controlling an Out of Control Inbox
Designed for employees who have been using Outlook 2010, this session will help participants make their work day easier and more efficient by learning how to customize their Outlook environment and track, share, assign and quickly locate items.
To register, please visit the Employee Training Center (ETC) at www.csusm.edu/etc, click the "ETC Portal Login" button and log on using your campus ID and password; then click on the "Schedule" link under "My Menu" on the left-hand side of the page, click on the workshop title on the calendar and select the "Register" button located on the upper right-hand corner of the box. Upon successful registration, you will receive an enrollment confirmation email, containing all the details of the workshop as well as a link that will add it to your Outlook calendar.
New Sign-In Hours - Effective 1/4/2016
In order to provide more efficient service to the campus, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) is requesting all New Hire Paperwork/Sign-In documents be completed during the following times:
8:00 am - 1:00 pm (Monday - Thursday)
(Note: other times can be made available by requesting an appointment via email to email@example.com).
If departments will be hiring multiple personnel during the same week (ie. group of student assistants), please contact OHR to set up a group appointment.
Please remember, employees must complete their Sign-In documents on or before their first day of employment. They cannot begin work until they have signed on to the state payroll system.
