If an employee is required to report for active military duty in any branch of the
United States Armed Forces, the employee is entitled to receive up to 30 days of paid
military leave for emergency, temporary and/or indefinite assignments in a fiscal
year upon meeting eligibility criteria.
- Notify Department and the Office of Human Resources immediately upon receiving official
- Provide updates regarding leave situation to Department and the Office of Human Resources,
- Upon release from active duty, notify supervisor and HR Analyst of return date
