Represented Employees Performance Management Overview

Annual Performance Evaluations:

All represented employees (Units 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9) and long-term temporary employees receive annual performance evaluations. Represented employees are evaluated on an annual cycle which runs from April 1 of one year through March 31 of the following year (e.g. 4/1/21 - 3/31/22). The annual performance evaluations are due to OHR in early-June. The specific due date is announced on an annual basis.

Note - APC, CSUEU and Teamsters employees must be provided a copy of their draft evaluation for review before it is finalized.  The review periods differ by contract and are outlined below.

Probationary Evaluations:

The Probationary Evaluations are due to OHR two weeks after the end of their scheduled probationary period.
