Project summary: iGrad had a need to see how their product was interacting with its users with a goal of increasing user engagement. Through creation and implementation of a survey and deep dive interviews of users, teh team was able to gather user analytics to help pinpoint areas which can be approved upon, and where engagement was lacking. Through this research the team was able to gain user insight and opinions to conduct an engagement plan that would increase traffic and retention of the product.
