North County Veterans Stand Down

Project summary: The purpose of the project was to create a marketing plan for NCVSD that targets donors. The team analyzed current donor data and conducted in-depth research to identify donor types, analyzed their growth potential, and developed strategies to better reach donors. The team created a plan for targeting each donor type, created templates for NCVSD to use, and updated the organization’s slide deck used for fundraising presentations.
