Docfully is a start up company whose main objective is to help the homeless population in the greater San Diego area by providing them with an opportunity to receive different types of health services. Docfully’s current challenge is increasing the company’s beneficiary and customer growth. To address this challenge, the team conducted industry, customer, and beneficiary analyses. The final deliverables for this project were a thorough industry and company analyses, a contact list for future partnerships, a financial plan to monitor growth, a market plan to target customers and beneficiaries, and recommendations to assist in the optimal growth of the company.
