Barbara Campbell

 
Barbara is a Customer Success Champion. She has spent most of her career driving successful promotional campaigns, adoption of customer platforms and now resolving complex customer escalations.  Barbara's 15+ year career has spanned the Sports & Entertainment and Technology industries working directly with many fortune 500 brands. Highlights include managing a campaign for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic bid and activating sponsorships for licensing partners such as Warner Bros, Lucas Films, the NFL and MLB. 
Now working at the #1 CRM Platform in the World, Salesforce, Barbara manages escalations for the Mid Commercial Portfolio and is leading the team's Global Enablement Strategy.
