Nels Jensen

Publishing and B2B Executive

Nels Jensen recently retired from his position as Editor in Chief of the San Diego Business Journal. Previously he was Editor of The Press-Enterprise and VP of News & Content for Enterprise Media, the leading news organization in Riverside County and the Inland Empire. His experience includes working in business development, audience development and digital news. Jensen was a fellow at the Punch Sulzberger Executive News Leadership Program at Columbia University, where he studied business models and change management. He has vast experience in networking across business organizations, trade groups and B2B sectors. He was a frequent moderator for panels at some of the region’s largest business events. He and his wife, Joan, live in Rancho Bernardo and have two adult children.
