Introduction
Dr. Dongnyoung Kim is an associate professor in the department of Finance at California State University-San Marcos (CSUSM). He received his Ph.D. in Finance from Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. Prior to joining CSUSM, Dongnyoung taught finance for five years at Texas A&M university- Kingsville. His major areas of research include corporate policies, corporate governance, and Political ideology and decision-making process.
