CSU's Highest Veteran Percentage
Veteran Startup Seed Fund
In order to encourage and support aspiring, entrepreneurial veteran students, alumni
and their families at CSUSM, we have created the CSUSM Veterans Startup Seed Fund.
The fund grants this community access to pivotal,early-stage micro-funding, on which
their businesses depend in order to progress. The fund is designed to providecapital
directly in support of qualifying CSUSM veterans who are experimenting with business
startups and product commercialization.

CoBA Veteran Entrepreneurship Program
The Veteran Entrepreneurship Program (VEP) turns local Veterans into Local Business Leaders! The VEP draws upon the skills,
resources and infrastructure of CSUSM to offer a world-class experiential training
in entrepreneurship and small business management. The VEP helps foster economic opportunity
by focusing on supporting veteran business ventures by transitioning skills learned
from the military to skills needed to run successful businesses. Veterans Ventures
can expect to receive a top notch education to successfully launch a new business
venture coupled with proven mentorship.

CoBA Professional BSBA in Supply Chain Management
CSUSM’s Professional BSBA in Supply Chain Management prepares you for a dynamic career in logistics and supply chain management (SCM).This
hybrid program combines the flexibility of online courses with optional in-person
instruction at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Supply chain management is often
ideal for students with military backgrounds, leveraging their unique experience for
a smooth transition to civilian careers.

CoBA Military Science Certificate of Specialized Study
The Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) certificate is designed to develop future officers in the areas of leadership, management, foreign
policy, national security, military history, military skills, diversity, cultural
understanding, and physical fitness. The Army ROTC program offers a series of optional
adventure outings and on/off campus activities during the school year. These include
learning navigational skills, sports programs, social activities, mentorship programs,
and community outreach/support programs.
