Introduction
Dr. Fang received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. She currently serves as Assistant Professor in Information Systems at California State University of San Marcos. Her major research interest is to study economic issues in Electronic Commerce, information coordination through innovative technologies and new business models for better utilizing breakthrough technologies. She has published papers in leading journals and conferences in the areas of Information Systems and Operations Management. Her current research spans various realms of Electronic commerce, prediction market design and pricing models for wireless mesh networks. In her teaching of the MIS courses, her goal is to broaden students’ horizon by presenting breakthrough technologies and innovative ways to utilize them in addition to the traditional technologies management issues.
