  • Instructions for Advertising Paid Positions:

    You may use the CSUSM Job Board Handshake to post the following paid positions:

    • Part-Time paid job opportunities for current students
    • Full-Time paid job opportunities for graduating students and alumni

    Instructions for posting on Handshake can be found on our career center website. You will need to create an employer account and confirm you email before posting your the position.

  • Instructions for Advertising Internships:

    The CSUSM Office of Internships will facilitate requests regarding:
    • Paid and Unpaid Internships
      • These include formal internship programs with academic oversight. If the position is not a formal internship, you may post it as a part-time/full-time paid opportunity on the job board handshake.
    • Credit and Non-Credit Internships

    Jill Litschewski is the contact there: They have a database for internships opportunities for all students across the campus. There are strict guidelines by the Department of Labor (DOL) as to what an internship does entail and you can learn more about University guidelines through the Community Partnership Handbook produced by the Office of Internships.
