San Diego Mesa College - Fashion Program

Project summary: The San Diego Mesa College Fashion Program needed help creating a Fashion Alumni Association to benefit and serve their former students. The Team surveyed and interviewed important stakeholders to gain valuable feedback on what the alumni would like to see in their Association. The Team delivered a business plan along with recommendations to help grow and optimize a successful Fashion Alumni Association.
