
ATS Wealth Management
Project Summary:
ATS Wealth Management needed to find new ways to attract potential customers and strengthen relationships with current customers during COVID-19. The team analyzed the financial advisory industry and ATS competitors. The final deliverable included a marketing plan to help ATS increase corporate visibility and business volume, which included directions for improving website functions, using existing customers for recommendations, cooperating with local public relations, and integrating social media.
