Kindred Bravely was seeking knowledge about first-time mothers to improve strategic online marketing insights. The team constructed a profile of first-time mothers through 11 interviews and online data analysis. The collaborative teamwork produced data on diverse online activities and interests, which was synthesized into marketing recommendations.
