MatchSell Inc
Project Summary:
The project involved working with MatchSell to adjust their strategic focus from small business e-commerce to freelance employment opportunities for university students. The team conducted market research across several universities throughout the country to assess interest in MatchSell’s platform. The team then crafted an effective marketing message based on the research results. Finally, the team gathered a list of universities that fit MatchSell's target demographic. Additionally, the team has provided recommendations on how to reach out to the universities’ respective staffs.
