The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce sought assistance in developing a marketing strategy to support the launch of a video podcast. The team conducted industry research and a competitive analysis that identified market needs and best practices. The team delivered a marketing plan and promotional pitch deck that outlined the optimal targeting and positioning strategies.
