Project Summary: Team 2
OneSource, the second-largest electrical distributor in the US, has tasked the team with delivering
a market analysis report and marketing plan. The team conducted research on the solar
market, provided a list of prospective electrical contractors/installers, and created
a list of prospective solar contractors. The team provided OneSource with a prospective
client list for both the electrical and solar industries and recommends that OneSource
use advertising, create partnerships, and improve their SEO to obtain said clients.
